We will evaluate playgrounds professionally to ensure that children will have carefree fun and enjoyment. The main inspection by a certified expert and pursuant to EN 1176 and 1177 takes place annually and we will in addition perform the prescribed visual check three times a year. Our specialist staff will perform minor repairs immediately and we will close the playground immediately in case of imminent danger – since safety is paramount where children are at play.

Wherever common laundries may still be found today, meters must be emptied or chips read. Whatever janitors used to handle Attensam can handle today: fast and reliable. To prevent machines in the building from grinding to a halt, equipment will be emptied at fixed intervals and the takings credited to the client.

Did you know that 1 L of water per minute flowing through 3 to 4 leaking cisterns will add up to ca. € 2 000 cost of water per year? To avoid such unnecessary costs, we will carry out quarterly water meter readings. Should we not see the water meter stationary in the course of a second reading, we will check this in the next quarter, by means of a comprehensive leakage test under a contract. In the course of this, all the withdrawal points in the existing property will be checked and blocked.

It is important, before winter sets in, to check (under contract) that no water remains in garden water hoses before storing for winter. For maximum protection from frost, a compressor will be used to blow the hoses empty – this prevents icing up or, at worst, even bursting in freezing temperatures. The high consequential cost of damages is thus avoidable.
